Ty Nofio, is an open plan swimming pool house with an mezzanine level. It has a spiral staircase leading to a large 6 x 9 metre area with oak balcony over dinning/living area. Upstairs has a shag pile carpet, large leather settee with a 42” smart TV, kingsize bed and 2x single bed, bed chair and a double doors with a Juliet balcony over looking the Black Mountains Range. Downstairs there is a large dining table and settee, there is a compact kitchen which has a fridge, sink, kettle, microwave, halogen oven, toaster, two ringed induction hop and a compact dishwasher. The room has Marble with full underfloor heating, there is a large book library to browse and enjoy during your stay. The bathroom is a mosaic tiled wet room located downstairs with large walk in shower, toilet and sink.

Ty Nofio houses a heated swimming pool which is sunk 4’ into the ground. The swimming pool is equipped with two 16 jet spa therapy seats and swimming/play are to enjoy. Around the pool there are non slip tiles, which has underfloor heating. Ty Nofio has built in surround sound off a stereo, mobile speaker and Wi-Fi.

Ty Nofio itself sleeps up to 5 people in the main area, an extra room can be added, is attached to Ty Nofio which fits 2 more people plus travel cot or z bed if required so maximum of 4 extra. The large extra room has a large double bed, an L shaped leather settee and wood burner.

There is a large Outside area. Part is undercover and houses a set of metal plane egg chairs and a leather recliner and live peacocks. The patio area has a built in fir pit with seating around. Plus alfresco seating for outside enjoyment. The view from the patio area is for over 30 miles of the Black Mountain range and also walking and cycling from the door onto the Brecon Beacons.
